Choice of interfacing

Interesting to see a recommendation for woven interfacing. I'm making my first memory quilt and a reference book I found on the subject recommends a mediumweight tricot fusible interfacing, which sounds like the opposite.

It does suggest that the stretch of interfacing go the length. Since I have already done this part, I can't go back - so we will see how it works.
