I need the measurements for a 6-inch diamond square quilt block, including seam. What are the dimensions for the middle square? What are the dimensions for the squares that are cut diagonally? Thanks.

For a 6-inch diamond square quilt block, cut your squares as follows:

1. Base square= 6 1/2" x 6 1/2"
