Divide and Conquer Quilting

Explain divide and conquer quilting to me, please.

ANSWER

The divide and conquer quilting method makes quilting a lot easier. Instead of quilting an entire quilt, you divide it into smaller, more manageable sections.

Then you conquer it by quilting one section at a time. When you're done quilting, you sew the pre-quilted sections together to form the quilt.

For more information on the divide and conquer quilting technique, check out Nancy Smith's and Lynda Milligan's Divide and Conquer: Quilt it Your Way book. It's highly rated among quilters.
