Pinwheel Quilt

I want to make a king size Pinwheel quilt. Can I make 12-inch blocks? Would the original strips be 8" x 16"?

ANSWER

Yes, you can make 12-inch Pinwheel blocks. Cut your strips to measure 7" x 14". Then follow the directions in my lessons. You'll need to adjust your measurements for the sashing strips, border strips, batting, backing and binding.
